Refund & Exchange Policy
At Zahidabi Abaya, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and precision. As all our abayas are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including size issues or a change of mind.
Please note: Handwork, embellishments, stones, beads, or embroidery may loosen, fall, or come off after washing or regular use. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for return or refund.
Alterations
If an abaya is accepted for alteration, the process will take 3 weeks.
Alterations are subject to approval and may not be available for all designs.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously and ensure every item meets our standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a resolution if the item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
